Used Complete Rear Axle for Tractor

57 available products

A cracked housing, a whining bevel gear, a leaking axle shaft: repairing each component separately multiplies disassemblies and downtime. A used complete rear axle installs in a single step. TMC Bejenne, specialist in used agricultural spare parts, removes these assemblies from tractors sourced from dismantling, inspects them in our workshop, and offers them at reduced prices, alongside all subcategories of the used rear axle range.

Agricultural Spare Parts: Repair or Replace the Axle?

If only one component is affected, the single part suffices: a differential, a rear axle bevel gear, or an axle shaft reducer. The calculation changes once two or three elements are involved, or if the housing itself is damaged. Labor, seals, transmission disassembly, and downtime then add up, especially during peak season. A complete axle replaces the entire assembly with components that have already operated together on the same machine. With the tractor's serial number, our advisors quickly inform you of the available options.

What Does a Complete Rear Axle Include?

  • The rear axle housing, which supports the entire assembly.
  • The rear axle bevel gear and differential, complete with locking mechanism and bearings.
  • The axle shafts, their reducers, and wheel bearings.
  • The wheel shafts, also available individually in the rear axle wheel shaft subcategory.
  • The brakes and the power take-off, depending on the tractor model.

Complete Axles in Stock at TMC Bejenne

Our dismantling operations, often still called tractor scrapyards by farmers, supply an 11-hectare yard in Naintré. The complete axles come from tractors of brands like Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Deutz-Fahr, Fendt, Renault, or Kubota as dismantling progresses. Since 1945, TMC Bejenne maintains the brand, model, and year of the original machine for each assembly.

Compatibility: Serial Number and Traceability

  • Exact brand and model of the tractor, including version.
  • Serial number, identifying distinctions between versions of the same series.
  • Type of transmission and installed power take-off speeds.
  • Two-wheel or four-wheel drive version.
  • Reference number on the housing, if still legible.

Workshop Inspection Before Shipping

Before sale, TMC Bejenne's specialized technicians inspect the entire assembly: rotation of the bevel gear and differential, bearing play, condition of reducers, and seal integrity of axle shafts. Each rear axle retains its traceability sheet with the model and year of the tractor it was taken from. Upon request, our advisors provide photos before sending a quote. If only one part ultimately interests you, the differential, a reducer, or a rear axle wheel shaft can also be ordered individually.

The rear axle receives the transmission output and supports the main traction, power take-off, and often the brakes. The front axle, present on four-wheel drive tractors, adds steering, its own differential, and reducers. These two are not interchangeable. For the steering axle, please see our range Used Front Axle for Tractor.

A complete axle is a heavy part, shipped on a pallet by carrier. Transport conditions and costs are detailed in your quote, depending on the destination. You can also pick up the part at TMC Bejenne, in Naintré. Please ensure you have suitable lifting equipment for receiving and fresh oil meeting manufacturer specifications.

The price depends on the brand, power, and condition observed during dismantling. The easiest way: use the "Request a Quote" button on the product page or call 05 86 24 00 26 with the tractor’s serial number at hand. With over 25,000 references, TMC Bejenne’s advisors can also offer subassemblies if the complete axle is not required.
