Used Vicon Spare Parts

On a Vicon round baler, the binding and pick-up components take the brunt. A bent needle or a warped roller can halt your harvest during haymaking, when every drying day counts. TMC Bejenne dismantles Vicon balers and offers carefully inspected used parts: binding, pick-up, baler rollers, and lubrication systems. Save 30 to 70% compared to new parts.

Vicon round baler spare parts: binding, pick-up, and rollers
Most breakdowns happen in the binding area: arms, needles, gearbox, lubrication system. Next come the chamber rollers, the pick-up with its tines and transmission, then the feeder and bale wrapper. On variable chamber balers like the RV 1601, two generations of the same model don’t always have the same binding gearbox. Each used part is therefore referenced by model to prevent assembly errors. Before ordering, check the part reference on the gearbox or arm removed.

Vicon fertilizer spreader, mower and seed drill: our arrivals
Our Vicon stock comes mainly from balers, thus mainly haymaking parts: that’s where our selection is widest. For Vicon pendulum fertilizer spreaders, mowers, or seed drills, availability depends on incoming dismantled machines: their gearboxes, transmissions, rams and frame parts go into stock. Call with your model; we check the current stock status instead of making you wait in vain. Besides balers, most requests concern mower gearboxes and drive parts for spreaders. Vicon spreading and spraying parts follow the same rule: we source them for you at each arrival.
Vicon parts catalog: preparing for the harvest
- Before the first cut: have your binding and pick-up checked, not during harvest.
- To identify the part: model, serial number and part reference, visible on the removed component.
- A photo installed: clears up doubts on binding and transmission.
- Online catalog: reflects current stock, component by component: haymaking, harvesting, and spraying parts.
- Contact: our advisors confirm compatibility at +33 5 35 54 42 10.
Baler dismantling since 1945
TMC Bejenne has been dismantling agricultural equipment since 1945 on an 11-hectare site in Naintré. Each baler is taken apart by our specialized technicians; each used part cleaned, inspected and catalogued. You get manufacturer measurements and materials, which adaptable aftermarket parts don’t always offer. We ship throughout France, including heavy components on pallets. Vicon is stocked alongside major haymaking part brands: balers Welger , Krone , New Holland , Claas and John Deere , for both harvesting and haymaking parts.
We sell what we dismantle: tines, holders, shafts and pick-up transmissions, depending on arrivals. Haymaking parts stock varies weekly, especially before the first cuts. Contact us with your model to check current availability, or browse our baler parts range for all brands.
Vicon, originally a Dutch brand, is part of the Kverneland group, itself owned by the Japanese Kubota. The brand remains known in France for its balers, mowers and spreaders. For used parts, TMC Bejenne covers all manufacturers: find them on our all brands page.
Yes, when carefully selected. A used part removed from an identified machine, then inspected in our workshop, retains original characteristics. For binding and rollers, condition is assessed by surface wear and bearing play, which we check before stocking. Our advisors guide you on the right part for your baler before shipping.
