Used Side Panel for Combine Harvester

A warped side panel or one with a faulty latch lets dust in and eventually vibrates against the casing. TMC Bejenne offers used side panels for combine harvesters, dismantled from machines undergoing disassembly and inspected in our workshop, as part of our bodywork range. These are original parts, with the exact shapes and drillings matching your machine.

Role of the side panel: combine harvester casings and grilles

Side panels are part of a combine harvester's bodywork: they close off the sides and protect the components of threshing, separation, and cleaning. They limit dust ingress, channel airflow, and reduce noise. As they are opened at every greasing or adjustment, their hinges, hooks, and attachment points see heavy use. A deformed panel closes improperly, wears out its fastenings, and eventually cracks around the drillings. Replacing it with a genuine used part from the same model of combine harvester avoids any adaptation: the sheet metal aligns perfectly with the fixtures. An original panel also retains its reinforcements and contact foam, which replacements may not always replicate.

Side panels available at TMC Bejenne

  • Panels for the threshing casing, with or without inspection flaps.
  • Panels for the cleaning casing, around the fan and the grille and pre-grille.
  • Panels with intake grilles for the engine compartment.
  • Protective panels for lateral drive belts and pulleys.
  • End panels for headers, right or left side.
  • Complete hinged panels, including their hinges and hooks depending on dismantling.

Combine harvester header: the end panels

The header also features side panels. They close off the ends of the table, support dividers, and protect the drives of the reel and auger. Their shape depends on the type of header: rigid cereal header, belt header, or adjustable table header like the Claas Vario. On a Claas Vario, the end panel follows the moving table: please specify the working width and the model of the harvester. Headers for Case IH or New Holland also have their own end panels, ordered to match the exact table width. Discover other header parts in our combine harvester header range.

Used combine harvester parts: verify compatibility

Within the same series, bodywork often changes from one generation to the next. Note the brand, model, and serial number of your combine harvester—whether a John Deere, Claas, or Laverda—as well as the concerned side, right or left. Include a photo of the panel and its fastenings: our specialized technicians will compare these details with the original machine before shipping. The page filters also allow displaying panels by brand and model. A specialist in used agricultural parts since 1945, TMC Bejenne dismantles harvesting machines on its 11 hectares site in Naintré and holds 25,000 references in stock. From a dismantling specialist who inspects their parts and knows the original machine. TMC Bejenne offers side panels for John Deere, Claas, New Holland, Case IH, and Laverda combine harvesters, along with other bodywork parts: hood, bonnet, or fenders. Call 05 86 24 00 26 with your machine model: we check availability and send you a quote.

The combine harvester’s serial number and the mounting side are the two key details to verify compatibility. Two panels looking similar may differ in drillings, reinforcements, or openings. Send us a photo of your part: we compare it with the available panel before making any offer.

A slightly dented sheet metal can sometimes be straightened. However, a panel cracked around the fastenings, with torn hinges or hooks, closes poorly and continues to vibrate. In this case, a used original panel from the same machine model remains the simplest replacement solution.

A side impact often affects adjacent body parts. Check the hood, fenders, bonnet, the combine harvester ladder, and the footstep. All these used body parts are available in our bodywork range. Take the opportunity to also check the seals and contact foam on the openings.
