Return policy
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, any return requires the prior and formal agreement of our company.
The return costs will only be borne by our company in the event that an apparent defect, or non-compliance, is actually found by the latter. The risks of return are always at your expense. Only the carrier chosen by our company is entitled to make the return of the products concerned.
The replacement of a returned product does not require placing an order on our website.
The waiting period between the return of a product and the dispatch of the new one will be conditioned by the type of anomaly encountered.
In the case of an anomaly found during the use of the product, our technical team will perform a complete diagnosis to check if the product actually has defects during its use. This step can take several days. If the anomaly is proven, our team will send you a product with identical references when possible.
In case of apparent defect or non-compliance of the delivered products, duly noted by our company under the conditions provided above, you can only ask our company for the replacement of non-compliant items or the establishment of a credit, excluding any compensation or damages. The complaint you make does not suspend your obligation to pay for the products concerned.
Any product must be returned:
- in its complete original packaging;
- in good condition and;
- accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse any return of products that are incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled.
Please note that given the nature of the products offered for sale on our site, you will not always be able to return the products by La Poste and you will have to mandate a carrier. Accordingly, we invite you to consult the price list (https://www.laposte.fr/tarifs-postaux-colis) to find out the cost of returning products that cannot be sent back by La Poste.
