Since 2018, the Dubreuil group has wanted to structure the listening of its employees, via a barometer, in a desire to improve the quality of life at work. Given the time that everyone spends at work, it is essential that everyone can feel good.

Each employee is therefore invited to respond anonymously to a questionnaire to express their feelings and expectations about their current professional life but also their suggestions for improving the future.

Since 2021, we have chosen the Great Place to Work® measurement and comparison tool to sustain our approach. With this recognized organization and also widely used in the French economic fabric, we can also evaluate ourselves and compare ourselves with other companies thanks to an identical questionnaire for all.

Within the Dubreuil group, this survey is conducted every 2 years and allows us to measure what works, what is appreciated, and what needs to be improved.  Then, in collaboration with the teams, we build and implement action plans to progress together.

In 2023, the Dubreuil Group again called on Great Place to Work® to organize a consultation of its employees on the Distribution division.

How does the Great Place to Work® barometer work?

The approach of this barometer highlights five dimensions around trust: the relationship of credibility, respect and fairness between employees and managers but also pride and friendliness in the workplace.

To obtain the Great Place To Work® label, each company must obtain at least 65% of the Trust Index, the average of the positive responses.

TMC Bejenne has obtained the Great place to work certification.
