Q: What is a grain unloading tube on a combine harvester?

The grain unloading tube is a component in the grain transport circuit of a combine harvester. It conveys grain from the threshing units to the hoppers or discharge systems. Subject to mechanical stress and abrasion from cereals, this part wears over time and needs replacement to maintain the machine's performance during harvests.

TMC Bejenne offers used grain unloading tubes compatible with major brands in the agricultural market, including New Holland, John Deere, and Claas. These references cover a broad range of combine harvester models. Parts offered by TMC Bejenne come from dismantled and inspected machines, ensuring satisfactory working condition. It is also an eco-friendly choice that extends the life of agricultural components. Question 4

How to check compatibility of a used grain unloading tube?

Accepted Answer

To ensure a used grain unloading tube matches your combine, have the original reference from the technical manual or from the part to be replaced. Comparing the tube's dimensions (length, diameter, fitting types) with the defective part remains a reliable step to avoid errors when replacing.

Question 5

How to repair a broken used unloading hose?

Accepted Answer

A cracked or broken used grain unloading tube is rarely reliably repairable because mechanical stresses and cereal abrasion quickly weaken any temporary fix. Complete part replacement is the most dependable solution. TMC Bejenne offers refurbished used tubes at reduced prices, enabling quick machine restoration without the cost of a new part.
