Question 1

Can a used mast be installed directly on my forklift?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes, provided the mast dimensions and hydraulic connections match your forklift model. Our specialized technicians check compatibility with your machine before any shipment. Call +33 5 35 54 42 10 with your brand, model, and original mast reference for an immediate response.

Question 2

How do you assess the condition of hydraulic components on a used mast?

Accepted Answer

Each mast is inspected in our workshop: condition of cylinders (rod condition, no leaks), play in slides, condition of hoses and hydraulic connections. Components with excessive wear are discarded. This ensures you receive a fully operational part, inspected and tested by specialized technicians.

Question 3

Do you offer carriages compatible with the 4th hydraulic function?

Accepted Answer

Depending on availability, we offer carriages equipped or prepared for 4th function equipment (bucket, clamps, grab bucket). Contact our team at +33 5 35 54 42 10 specifying your application, brand, and forklift model.

Question 4

What is the difference between simplex, duplex, and triplex masts?

Accepted Answer

The simplex mast (single stage) provides limited lift height, suitable for compact uses. The duplex mast (two stages) extends the lifting range without increasing the overall height when retracted. The triplex mast (three stages) allows heights over 4.5 m while remaining compact when lowered, ideal for high storage under roofing. To identify the type suited for your machine and load capacity, call +33 5 35 54 42 10.

Question 5

Do you provide a conformity certificate with used parts?

Accepted Answer

TMC Bejenne does not issue CE conformity certificates with used spare parts: this document pertains to the complete machine, not isolated components. What we provide with each part is an internal inspection sheet indicating the condition of the components checked by our specialized technicians. For any regulatory questions regarding installation of a used mast, please consult your maintenance service or an accredited inspection body.
