How can I tell if a used agricultural baler part is reliable?

At TMC Bejenne, every dismantled part undergoes workshop inspection before resale: wear, mechanical play, overall condition. This technician-by-technician verification ensures reliable used parts with no unpleasant surprises during installation.

What is the difference between a fixed-chamber baler and a variable-chamber baler?

A fixed-chamber baler forms bales of consistent diameter, making it simpler and more robust. A variable-chamber baler adjusts the diameter as the bale forms to create denser and more uniform bales. Parts selection depends directly on the type of mechanism.

What wear signs should I watch for on an agricultural baler?

A knotter missing bindings, a jammed pick-up, a piston losing consistency, or insufficient lubrication system are the first signs of wear. Regular checks of these parts prevent breakdowns in the critical harvest period.
